Welcome to Sydney’s best guided fishing charter…
Guided fishing charters on Sydney Harbour & Hawkesbury R.
SSA cater for the experienced angler looking for that next BIG hook up and novices wanting to learn the basics of knots, rigs and techniques plus everything in between. On our fishing charters you can learn how to use soft plastics, blades, hard body lures and squid jigs plus catching and utilising live baits.
Target species include: Mulloway aka Jewfish, Kingfish, Bream, Bass, Tailor, Salmon, Flathead, Squid and Estuary Perch just to name a few. We use modern tackle, techniques and technology to capture trophy fish in Australia’s largest city. See for yourself, check out some of our recent captures from our fishing tours in the photo gallery.
We also have FISHIN’ TUITION classes which are held most Sundays. These are two and a half hour on water (in the boat) tutorials where your guide Dan teaches how to cast and retreive soft plastic lures for flathead in the calm sheltered waters of Berowra waters on the Hawkesbury River. Perfect for that quick fishing fix or to add another element to your fishing arsenal. Choose from one of the three time slots- 7am, 10am or 1pm. Please note: these trips are catch and release only. You will be surprised how affordable these trips are, check out our prices here.

SSA only uses quality Shimano rods and reels. Currently there is a full complement of T-curve, Terez and Raider rods matched to Stradic and Saragosa reels in sizes 1000, 2500, 4000 and 8000. These outfits allow clients the right tool for the job when targeting multiple species whilst on charter.
